A popular snack for many, today's recipe will be a simple variant that anyone can enjoy!
For our Crabstick Rosti, we used russet potatoes (in our opinion they are ideal), and shred them coarsely. With shredded onions and browned bacon, we chose to add in DoDo Crab Flavoured Stick. The ingredients are then mixed and easily flattened while in frying on a pan of your choice.
Serve with dried parsley flakes and sour cream, and under 30 minutes you'll have yourself a finger licking treat for the family!
